Letter from the President:

My journey in medical billing began in 2004, but my passion for helping clinics
grow developed over many years of hands-on experience. After starting in billing, I
soon became the office manager of a new clinic, where I spent five years
overseeing operations, patient care, staffing, and billing. Together, we grew the
clinic’s volume and collections by more than 600%

I later accepted another office management role and helped that clinic grow by
more than 500% in just three years—all while continuing to handle billing for my
previous employer.

In 2015, after welcoming my third baby girl in under three and a half years, I made
the decision to step away from office management and begin working from home.
That transition allowed me to focus on what I truly love: supporting clinics by
taking on the burden of billing, collections, and insurance claims so they can focus
on caring for patients.

I founded Mega with a commitment to flexibility, transparency, and
partnership. I never believed in one-size-fits-all solutions, long-term contracts, or
high monthly minimums. Instead, I wanted to create a company that integrates
seamlessly into each clinic’s workflow and grows alongside them.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of working with more than 400 clinics
and physicians across many specialties. We’ve helped practices increase
collections by 20% or more, and we continue to build success stories every day. I
am grateful for every clinic that has trusted me with their billing needs and excited
to continue serving new practices with the same dedication and care.
